TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read these before contacting me for a commission, it’s assumed you agree with everything below on the moment you make the payment. If you have any question about specifics feel free to contact me at [email protected] or discord NITA#6961On the act of soliciting your commission, you MUST have clear references for each expecification of your drawing, anything that can help me understand perfectly your demmand, incluiding texts; drawings; pictures; sketchs (even very simple ones) and storyboards (in case of comic commissions).In case of lacking clear and specific orientations or having ambiguous ones, I reserve the rights of going through the process with my own interpretation of your request and informations. Futhermore, after beginning your request, I will not be doing drastic changes due the lack of clear informations or ambiguous ones on the part of the commissioner.
Payment
Full payment upfront, PayPal only.
Time Frame
Its about 4 to 8 weeks from payment but it can extend up to 5 months (due to a chronic illness) It depends on your place on the queue. Usually its finished early, specially if you are one of the first on the queue. Otherwise I will inform you in case I need more time for any reason.
URGENCY FEE
In case there's a demand for a faster delivery of your request, I can top the priority of your piece with de addition of a fee (prices varying according to how much spare time I'll need to put on it)
PROCESS
After the commission has been accepted and paid I’ll start on an initial preview sketch, changes to the drawing structure can only be done at this point, so please check the sketch carefully for anything that’s not to your taste so we can discuss how to change it. After that I will finish the pic. I can provide you with work-in-progress snapshots of the pic during this time if you choose. I’ll send you an update when the definitive linework is done and another when the flat colors are done – this is before the shading detailing – at this point any colors can be changed if you don’t like them. No color changes can be done after the piece is complete.
OWNERSHIP
By commissioning me you acknowledge that I, as the artist, retain full rights over the created image to profit from, alter and post when and wherever I want, without need of prior notice or authorization.There's fees for secret commissions and/or right for exclusive use.
COMMUNICATION
When you ask for a commission slot please reply to any message within a 24 hour period! I’ll consider you gave up the commission if you leave a message unanswered for more than a full day without prior notice – likewise, in the interest of time, if you already made the payment and leave my messages unanswered for more than 2 days, I’ll have to finish and post the commission without your feedback.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
I reserve the right to cancel/terminate a commission at any time I see fit, or refuse working for any person at any time – the motives for cancellation include (but are not limited to) poor communication, inability to cooperate and inappropriate behavior.
After the payment has been made, a full refund will only be given for a good reason. A case in which the commission cannot be completed due to my fault or miscalculation, for example. Other than that, if a refund needs to happen, I will return an approximation relative to the work done for the client (I will account for time spent on the commission). If work hasn’t progressed further than a sketch, I’ll only deduct a minor fee.
There will be no refunds once the work has been completed!
THEME/CONTENT LIMITATIONS
I'm not uncomfortable working with any themes, but as a rule of thumb if I can't post the resulting pic to social media or any of my public galleries I might have to refuse or charge extra for the work at my discretion.I won't work on any images that might make me liable to legal or administrative action. that includes anything that is against the ToS of social media I frequently use or considered threatening, exploitative or harassing to REAL individuals. That means I won't work on any images based on actual people's likenesses be them public (i.e. actors or politicians) or private (i.e. you or someone you know). Non live-action media (video game or animation) characters that are solely based on a single actor's likeness are also included in that specification.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: I don't have a reference or a specific pose in mind, I just wanted a character in your artstyle, is that ok?
A: That's completely ok! I love having creativity freedom tbh. The only thing with commissions like this is that it's not possible to make major changes, since I did not had anything to base myself on!
Q: What do you consider as ''major changes''?
A: Any structural changes to the drawing, like pose, body shape, hairstyle, clothes, etc. Specially afther the sketch phase! That's why it's so point mistakes at the sketch phase!
Q: What are your favorite subjects to draw?
A: What I enjoy the most to draw, and also consider my specialty are feminine boys, I don't have much of a preference for body types! My favorite commission tier to work are character designs!
Q: What are the the subjects you don't like to draw?
A: Probably pussy and insects! Not much of ''don't like'' but more of a ''not so good at'' type of situation.
Q: What drawing softwared o you use?
A: Clip Studio Paint!
Q: Why the time-frame can vary so much?
A: I struggle with a few health conditions, being one of them endometriosis. Which makes it very hard to work or leave the bed for certain periods of time due to the pain. Usually I go through all of my queue in a month, but sometimes it can take more due to health breaks!
